This imposing chandelier is made in Rezzonico style, according to the canons of the classic Venetian chandelier: a creation that excites when faced with the capable art of the Murano glass masters. The Rezzonico style was born in 1700 when a noble Venetian family, the Rezzonicos, commissioned a very luxurious chandelier to furnish their palace on the Grand Canal (now used as a museum). The great skill lies in creating hundreds of very small pieces of blown glass which are then fitted together to form the very large arms. Finally, the decorations and pastel colors contribute to giving value to the whole, creating a timeless work.
