“Gloria” Restaurant Barcelona
For the new “Gloria” restaurant of the Big Mamma chain in Barcelona, we have carried out a complete custom-made lighting project, in collaboration with Kiki Studio, the creative team within the group, responsible for the visual identity of Big Mamma restaurants around the world.
The central element of the project is a spectacular Murano glass suspension, almost six meters long, composed of customized amber glass modules and opaline bands.
Inspired by an original design from the 1930s attributed to Carlo Scarpa and reinterpreted in a contemporary key, it represents a completely new creation in the landscape of decorative lighting.
The project is completed by: coordinated wall lamps, a chandelier with Murano glass tubes, which recalls the colors of the central suspension and amplifies its scenic presence, and table lamps on an exclusive design, designed to create a warm and immersive atmosphere.
All the elements were handmade in our atelier, in close dialogue with the design team, to ensure stylistic consistency, functionality and artisanal value.
A project that demonstrates how light, when born from a shared vision, can become an integral part of the architectural and emotional language of space.
