Farnesina Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The iconic building of the Foro Italico is home to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. The design of the furniture and lighting was entrusted to the architect Enrico Del Debbio, made of glass by Venini and conceived by Del Debbio according to a module developed by Carlo Scarpa. Bottega Veneziana was responsible for the reconstruction of part of the suspensions damaged over time. The intervention made it necessary to reconstruct new wooden molds on the basis of existing lamps and then the construction of the lamps by blowing glass. Installation by Bottega Veneziana.
