Italian Light for a High-End Hospitality Project – Miami
Within Miami’s high-end hospitality scene, Murano Hallandale embodies Italian excellence through a contemporary, refined, and strongly distinctive language. For this project, Bottega Veneziana developed a bespoke lighting solution in close dialogue with the interior architecture and a shared design vision, where light becomes a narrative element—shaping the space and enhancing the materials. The project stems from a creative collaboration with Santo Passaia, entrepreneur and high-end furniture manufacturer, leading Passaia, an Italian company that has operated for generations in the luxury furniture sector, driven by craftsmanship, research, and an uncompromising attention to detail. A meeting of complementary expertise, united by the same vision: to create exclusive, prestigious experiences, conceived and crafted entirely to measure. The Venetian glass chandeliers, entirely handmade using traditional Murano glassmaking techniques, were designed to integrate seamlessly with the custom furnishings and finishes, contributing to an elegant, immersive, and timeless atmosphere. Each lighting piece was specifically developed for this space, with particular attention to proportions, light quality, and scenic impact.
